Haven; Home, Safe and Mind Australia Limited have formed a consortium to assist people experiencing homelessness to transition from temporary hotel accommodation into housing as part of the Victorian Government’s From Homelessness to a Home (H2H) program.
The H2H initiative is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on homelessness and rough sleeping in Victoria. We have a fixed term 18 month, full time opportunity as an Aboriginal Housing & Recovery Coordinator in the Geelong/ Barwon South West region. Work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples with multiple and complex needs to obtain affordable housing, promote health and wellbeing, and work in a holistic way to prevent a return to rough sleeping.
