The Early Intervention Psychological Support Response Service (EIPSRS) is an outreach service that provides a person-centred approach to recovery tailored to meet individual needs, the focus is on supporting clients to achieve their better life goals. EIPSRS is an individualised tiered outreach program of recovery support of up to 12 months to help client’s live independently and safely in the community.
We are seeking a compassionate, self-motivated Community Mental Health Practitioner for a 4 month fixed term, full or part time opportunity in the Northern suburbs area. Working from home, you will provide high quality recovery-orientated, person-centred mobile services to clients, families and carers consistent with Mind’s My Better Life model. As this position requires travel within the councils of Whittlesea and Banyule a fully maintained company car is provided.
