Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Regional Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high performing team in the delivery of Local Area Coordination (LAC) as well as managing the operations of service delivery and team management in Southern Adelaide. This is a secondment opportunity for an expected duration of 12 months.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Providing leadership and supervision to a team of staff across the Southern Adelaide
  • Monitoring and managing service delivery and performance against contractual targets and financial budgets.
  • Building and maintaining external relationships across your respective area, including strategic partnerships with NDIA, government state and local, and corporate and community stakeholders
  • Workforce and operational planning
  • Overseeing the preparation and monitoring of budgets, and reporting on service delivery and performance outcomes, as well as overall progress
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement with respect to the delivery of services

Requirements for Success:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Allied Health, Social Work or relevant discipline
  • Extensive experience in leadership and/or management within the context of community or disability services
  • Well established networks in the community across your local area
  • Experience in leading high performing, multidisciplinary teams  Experience leading high performance and managing under performance
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships, including government stakeholders
  • Demonstrated interest in community and social outcomes

Before commencing in this role you will need to complete a police check or have a current check less than 12 months.
