Your Opportunity

Working to the Executive of People and Culture, the Manager – Remuneration, Benefits and HR Metrics is a key member of the People and Culture leadership team. The role can be based in either Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne or Sydney.

Success in this role can be seen through the remuneration and benefits offerings being fit for purpose and supporting the attraction and retention of highly skilled staff.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Implement a job evaluation methodology across the organisation
  • Lead salary data analysis and participate in salary surveys
  • Provide data and advice to support agreement activities
  • Provide high level reporting and analysis of trends for presentation to the Executive and Board
  • Manage impacts from any legislative changes that impact Mission Australia’s remuneration and benefits
  • Provision of mentoring and leadership support to Remuneration and Benefits Advisor

Requirements for Success

  • Demonstrated experience in remuneration management
  • Knowledge in job evaluation methodology
  • Strong capability in managing data analysis and reporting functions using technology such as Power BI
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • The ability to present complex data in a simple and engaging manner
  • Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships across the organisation
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with existing systems and processes and complete reporting and written communication required for this role.

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
