Your Opportunity

As our Supporter Relations Team Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated in-house team of Representatives who are the first point of contact for our supporters. You'll oversee rostering, workflow, reporting and ensure excellent service levels are maintained.

You will work closely with key internal stakeholders, being the central point of contact for the SR team. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact every day and contribute to transforming lives across Australia.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Supervise Supporter Relations activities, including prioritisation of tasks and people management, overseeing team rostering and ongoing training of staff.
  • Oversee administration, processes and procedures relevant to the SR team - reporting directly to the Supporter Experience Manager.
  • Build and maintain productive internal stakeholder relationships and successfully deliver supporter relations objectives
  • Empower and support your team to achieve their KPIs and individual professional growth goals.
  • Provide support for future technology projects including a CRM upgrade and telephony system.
  • Provide an escalation point for complaints or queries.

Requirements for Success:

  • Experience managing a multi-channel customer service team, training and administration within a donor/supporter context.
  • High level of computer literacy, including working knowledge of CRM databases, telephony systems and administrative processes.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to collaboratively deliver optimal outputs and maintain positive relationships.
  • Experience working with a charity or NFP will be highly regarded.

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
