We are looking for administration champions who are ready to make a difference!

Location: Eastern suburbs Melbourne VIC

Multiple roles available: permanent/fixed term; full time/part time options available for the right candidate.

About the role:

  • Review and process customer invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment
  • Complete a range of administrative duties to establish and maintain accurate participant records
  • Navigate systems and partner with other teams to identify obstacles and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain an excellent working knowledge of the NDIS to service participants effectively

About you:

  • Detail focused, with solid administrative/data entry skills and high computer literacy

  • A good communicator and life learner

Experience in administration/data entry, or within the NDIS environment is great but not a requirement. Full training will be provided for successful applicants.
