We are looking for customer service champions who are ready to make a difference!

Location: Eastern suburbs Melbourne VIC

Multiple roles available: permanent/fixed term; full time/part time options available for the right candidate.

About the role:

  • Respond to all incoming enquiries about MOIRA’s NDIS services including assisting people to understand the NDIS.
  • Build customer engagement through the delivery of efficient, superior customer service on a daily basis
  • Review and assess customer concerns for possible troubleshooting, partnering with other teams effectively
  • Educate customers how to self-serve including directing to the self-help portal
  • Undertake a range of administrative duties to establish and maintain accurate participant records.

Experience in a contact centre or within the NDIS environment is great but not a requirement. Full training will be provided for successful applicants.
