We have a proud 40 year track record operating in a suite of programs in disability, mental health, homelessness, social and affordable housing, family & domestic violence, child family and community services.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

Reporting to the Executive Leadership team this portfolio will ensure the delivery of service excellence to our NDIS and Community Programs clients. You will be responsible for the preparation of budgets, work collaboratively with Government and providers and other internal portfolios and ensure strategic goals of the region are prioritised. You will drive employee engagement and take a leadership role in organisational change programs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You will have experience managing a similar Community Services program or small organisation and have proven capability to lead and manage a team over a footprint covering Ballina to South Brisbane.

You will the capacity to develop strategic partnerships and networks with providers and other stakeholders.

Criteria:

  • Degree or relevant business management qualifications 
  • Current unencumbered Driver’s Licence
  • Current Working with Children Check (NSW) and Blue Card – WWC (Qld)
  • NDIS Worker Screening
  • Evidence of full COVID19 vaccination
  • Capacity to develop strategic partnerships and networks with providers and stakeholders external to the organisation
  • Demonstrated successful experience with managing financial performance 
  • Leadership role in organisational change programs
