Job Description

The position provides telephone-based services to Momentum Collective’s clients, including tenants and those seeking access to social housing assistance and provides administrative support to Momentum Collective’s property and tenancy teams.

As the first point of contact, this position plays an integral role in ensuring Momentum Collective creates an inclusive environment in which our clients can access services and support. This role involves a high level of client interaction, via telephone, walk-ins to reception, email etc to assist our clients to find the right supports they need.

Desired Skills and Experience

You will be able to demonstrate high quality client direct service delivery skills. You will have an ability to effectively deal with clients with challenging behaviours and/or from diverse backgrounds.

Criteria:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or Cert IV Real Estate
  • Current unencumbered Driver’s License
  • Satisfactory Criminal record check.
  • Demonstrated high quality client direct service delivery skills
  • Ability to effectively deal with clients with challenging behaviours and/or from diverse backgrounds
  • Sound computer literacy with Word, Excel and PowerPoint as a minimum
  • Working knowledge of NSW Social Housing and related services
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and processing of transactions and record keeping
  • Ability to deal with competing demands across a number of tasks
  • Demonstrated understanding of the nature of sensitive personal information and the importance of complete confidentiality
  • Strong organisational skills
