Allied Health Assistant Grade 3 TC2 permanent full time in Community Rehabilitation

Monash Health Community Rehabilitation is excited to announce a permanent full time position for a Grade 3 Allied Health Assistant with the Kingston/Clayton Community Rehabilitation team.

As Monash Health in the Community, we actively engage with people to improve and maintain health, independence and well-being. We do this by coordinating and/or providing integrated, multidisciplinary care across multiple settings within the local community. Working with clients across the age spectrum, Monash Health in the Community provides a continuum of care, supporting clients through all stages of non-acute care from prevention through to rehabilitation.
We are advertising for a permanent full time position for a Grade 3 AHA to join the Kingston/Clayton Community Rehabilitation Team. The role will involve individual and group work under the delegation of Allied Health Professionals, working at the centre, using telehealth, and visiting clients in their homes. You will be a vital member of the multi- disciplinary team, assist our clients to meet their rehabilitation goals.
You are an enthusiastic and experienced Allied Health Assistant with a passion for assisting clients to live their best lives. You relish the opportunity to work with clients in their own homes and are ready to work flexibly with the Community Rehabilitation.
