The Opportunity

The External Relations Lead will lead the business development activities of Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership’s (CCEL) core and custom programs. In addition, the role is responsible for securing commercial and for-purpose partnerships to strengthen brand recognition, meet sales targets and build new revenue streams.

The External Relations Lead is responsible for leading the team and directing strategic plans for business development. You will contribute to strategic planning and the achievement of CCEL goals. The External Relations Lead will attend CCEL events for the purpose of client relationship development and will contribute towards the achievement of revenue targets.

The successful candidate will have extensive, relevant experience and proven management expertise. Business development, management and leadership skills are required for success in this role, as is a strong alignment with the values and purpose of CCEL. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to motivate and develop high performance teams.
