The Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership (CCEL) is a not for profit organisation dedicated to developing the leadership capabilities of Australia’s private, public and community sector executives. The programs are designed to challenge, inspire and foster critical thinking required to lead in today’s uncertain times. CCEL promotes the development of ethical leadership through a distinct method of shared enquiry in small groups, led by expert moderators.

The Opportunity

The Office Coordinator provides professional and high-quality administrative services to the office of the CEO including other senior managers and colleagues of CCEL. This role will be the first point of contact for enquiries from a range of stakeholders and is critical in ensuring the CCEL office runs seamlessly on a day to day basis. This role will report directly to the Business Manager under general supervision.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • General office coordination duties, including maintaining office facilities (such as cleaners and maintenance) as well as managing office supplies (such as stationary, equipment and furniture), and any other ad hoc duties as required.
  • Providing a range of administrative services including front-line services, responding to queries, dataset management, coordination of Salesforce and other CRM systems, providing administrative and project support to the team, conduct desk research for marketing/business development needs, including maintaining and presenting brief reports as required
  • Produce, review and edit reports and other documentation as required, to a high professional standard
  • Provide high levels of customer service in accordance with best practice guidelines, policy and procedure
  • Participate in and coordinate continuous improvements relating to service practices, quality assurance, and customer service excellence.

As the successful candidate, you will have excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and set priorities. This individual will have the ability to work as a team player, use their initiative and set out a proactive day.
