Make an impact as an MSWA Community Support Worker

This role is a key part in how we support Western Australians living with a neurological condition.

You’ll be joining our fast-paced Community Support team, working with a range of our Clients in the community to support their day to day personal care and social needs. You'll bring your skills and experience to the role, helping us make a huge difference to the lives of our Clients. And when you work with us, we’ll work with you, with a competitive salary and range of benefits that we think can make a big difference to your life too.

A little about us

We exist to make a real and lasting difference to the lives of Western Australians – whatever their needs, whatever their neuro condition, we are ready!

Our Community Support team plays a crucial role in delivering care and support to our Clients in their homes across the Perth metro area. Demand for our services has never been higher, and we are now expanding the team. We know the difference a great Client experience can make and we help our Community Support Workers to achieve this with ongoing training and mentorship.

  • Medication assistance
  • Social support activities in the home and community settings
  • Cooking, cleaning, and other household chores (the small stuff makes a huge difference!)

  • Verification of COVID-19 vaccination (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
