About the role:

Join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about community education and programs that help deliver social outcomes. The role on offer is a full-time position until 30th June 2022, based from our Bankstown office, with some flexible work from home options (full-time from home when restrictions are in place).

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to design and create high-quality training and assessment resources for accredited and non-accredited courses and various government programs.

Accredited qualifications to be developed include:

  • 22483VIC Course in EAL
  • 22471VIC Course in Initial General Education for Adults
  • 22476VIC Certificate I in General Education for Adults (Introductory)
  • FSK20119 Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways
  • BSB20120 Certificate II in Workplace Skills
  • BSB30120 Certificate III in Business
  • BSB30220 Certificate III in Entrepreneurship and New Business
  • BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
  • CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

About you:

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in writing high-quality training and assessment content for vocational courses as well as language literacy and numeracy learning and assessment resources
  • Good working knowledge of the ACSF, AQF and Standards for Registered Training Organisations
  • Experience in industry research and SME consultation
  • Excellent skills in word processing and formatting
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to edit and proofread
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
