The Continence Foundation of Australia provides support and advice to over 5 million Australians affected by, or at risk of, bladder and bowel control problems and acts as an advocate for their interests. As the national peak body, the Foundation exists to serve all Australians by promoting bladder and bowel health.
The Foundation is looking for the right person to join its small, dedicated education team in developing engaging learning and assessment activities. You will report to the Education Manager and assist the Foundation to meet its mission of delivering high quality innovative learning experiences to the diverse workforce engaged in bladder and bowel care. The role is a part-time (4 days/week) for an initial12 month contract.
As you independently develop learning and assessment materials for our expanding online course offerings you will need to demonstrate good communication skills to work with a range of stakeholders including subject matter experts and clinical content reviewers and all to a strict timeline.
You will also be required to manage learner queries related to the LMS, prepare monthly reports on LMS performance including advice to the Education Manager on specific issues or potential areas for improvement and work with the education team to ensure the currency and efficacy of all online material for their designated workforce groups.
