Role Responsibilities
This role will be required to operate within a framework of established procedures, workplace routines, deadlines, and expectations in the following prescribed areas:
- Provide administration support for Multicap’s specialist services areas including music therapy, OT, positive behaviour support, YLYC, and host family arrangements.
- Collate information and provide reports on specialist services activities as required.
- Provide data entry support for relevant specialist services to ensure payment for services and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Manage intake and scheduling for appointments for individuals utilising specialist services.
- Coordinate Multicap assets including Sensory rooms, Hydrotherapy pool etc.
- Participate in rostered and emergency reception cover as required.
About you
- A minimum of two year’s experience in a similar role (desirable).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage interactions in a cordial, professional and helpful manner, providing appropriate advice and information to a diverse range of people.
- A positive attitude towards people with disabilities and the willingness to work within Multicap’s Values and Code of Conduct in order to meet our Clients’ needs.
- Proven ability to exercise judgement and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated computer skills including proficient use of the Internet and MS Office Applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Please note that the successful applicant will be required to hold a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card), Working with Children Check (Blue card). You must also have NDIS Worker Orientation certificate completed and please login to https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au/ if you haven't obtained the certificate already.
Salary sacrifice + Meal entertainment
Attractive Salary packaging including $15,900 packaging limit per FBT year (1 April- 31 March) and $2,550 per year for meals and entertainment expenses.
