Murray PHN spans the northern Victoria area from Mildura to Woodend and eastward to Wodonga including Albury NSW. Servicing this area are offices and staff located in Albury (North East), Bendigo (Central Victoria), Mildura (North West) and Shepparton (Goulburn Valley).

This vital role will form part of the Primary Health Care and Workforce Development Team, reporting directly to the Sector Development & Workforce Planning Lead. Operating in a highly supportive, fun and inclusive team, the successful incumbent will be encouraged and guided through the orientation process to Murray PHN, General Practice and Quality Improvement.

Through engagement and assistance to a range of health care professionals including General Practice, this role will embed efficient and effective systems and processes along with supplying resources and information to build practice capacity.

With a demonstrated capability in relationship management, the successful incumbent will draw upon their previous experience and understanding of change management and working knowledge of General Practice and the primary health sector.
