This project based role, forming part of the Systems and Connected Care Team, is responsible for driving increased quality of virtual care for residents in aged care facilities.

As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for development and successful delivery of project strategies across our catchment and implementing a care model that increases access to primary care services.

Experienced in business process design, along with a working understanding of the aged care sector, the strengths you will being to the position will be quality communication to engage with various stakeholders and a demonstrated understanding of key digital health platforms.
