NAAJA is seeking a Law & Justice Projects Coordinator to join our Alice Springs Law & Justice Projects team.

Successful applicants will have a commitment to providing access to justice and a demonstrated empathy and sensitivity to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, history and culture.

This position is identified for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person, and is intended to constitute a special measure under section 8 (1) of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth), and section 57 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1996 (NT).  

The position offers attractive employment benefits including:

  • Salary of CLE04.1 $94,084 – CLEO5.1 $104,793 per annum (dependent on experience) plus superannuation

  • 6 weeks annual leave per year with leave loading
