NAAJA is seeking a Manager to join our Law & Justice Projects team in Darwin

The Law & Justice Projects section operates alongside NAAJA’s Criminal and Civil Law sections. It delivers a range of innovative and culturally strengthening projects, including our nationally-recognised Community Legal Education.

This position requires high-level policy and strategic thinking, skills in leading and managing a diverse team, excellent communication skills and a commitment to achieving justice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

The successful candidate will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in law or equivalent
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience
• Excellent communication skills, including in cross-cultural settings

 The positions offer attractive employment benefits including:

• Salary of EO2.1 $128,308 to EO4.1 $167,251 per annum, dependent on experience, plus superannuation

• 6 weeks annual leave per year with leave loading
• Annual airfare
