Business Systems Support Officer - Flexible Location

The Business Systems Support Officer is responsible for providing technical support for NAATI's Information and Communication Technology Management Systems. The role will be required to deliver technical support for NAATI's end user computing environment and online corporate systems including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 and Azure, Cisco Meraki and other business applications.

Successful applicants will need IT experience in medium to large organisations, experience writing technical documents, able to administer O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory and Sharepoint Online. Strong communication, project management and service delivery skills are essential.

Microsoft certification, Cisco Associate level certification and relevant tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded.
