As the Northern Territory Program Director you will develop and deliver the NASCA Program across the Northern Territory. You will coach and support Program Leads in their roles. Organise and coordinate cross-program resources, events, activities and develop program reports. Co-create KPIs with Program Leads and work with them to review outcomes. Develop and maintain meaningful Territory wide relationships with stakeholders and oversee the NASCA NT volunteer program.

NASCA is 100% First Nations governed and lead. We have a passionate team of 50 staff (full and part time) and 30+ volunteers located across NSW & the NT, with office sites in Sydney, Dubbo and Alice Springs, and delivery sites in 20+ schools in regional and remote locations. NASCA empowers young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through educational, cultural and life-skills programs.
