Native Title Services Goldfields is the recognised native title service provider for the native title claimants and holders of the Goldfields Region of Western Australia. The organisation was incorporated on 6th August 2019 and commenced operations on 27 November 2019.

Native Title Services Goldfields is a not for profit company limited by guarantee and registered charity with the Australian Not for Profits and Charity Commission (ACNC).

Native Title Services Goldfields’ primary function is to protect and advance the native title rights and interests of the native title claimants and holders of the Goldfields Region.  This includes assisting native title claimants to have their native title rights and interests recognised by the Australian legal system.

We are seeking applications for the position of Logistics/Corporate Services Officer.

To be considered for this position, it is essential that you:

• Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support in a well organised manner, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and the ability to work well under pressure.  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with a proven ability to be able to communicate respectfully and effectively with a range of people from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
• Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support to a variety of staff.
• Demonstrated high level skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel software.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and appropriately with limited supervision.  
• Proven ability to be able to follow instructions and use appropriate initiative.  
• Experience using MYOB Software or similar accounting Software.
