THE ROLE

This is a great opportunity for a person with endpoint enterprise management and optimisation focus who enjoys new technology, sourcing and providing solutions and looking outside the box to ensure the efficiency of our endpoint devices.

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated Enterprise Endpoint Administrator who genuinely loves what they do and is passionate about providing high quality, best practice advice and solutions along with coordinating with teams to ensure the optimal endpoint performance can meet and/or exceed the needs of our District.

Utilising your demonstrated enterprise configuration experience in providing secure, technical solutions, you will be adept at developing technology roadmaps whilst being part of our IT Team and delivering successful technical changes and solutions.

ABOUT YOU

As a driven, highly experienced professional, you will bring a “customer experience” focus to delivering ICT services while providing the design, build, implement, and maintenance of endpoint configurations.

To be successful, ideally you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role 3 + years with SCCM or Intune.
  • Demonstrated experience with a service delivery mindset and proven enterprise-level technical experience.
  • Broad operational exposure and experience across multiple solutions, SOE design and update, automation, application packaging, all MS suite of applications, patch management
  • Proven ability to work with Intune in Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM) and PC Management capacity.
  • Proven ability to stay current with end point industry security standard methodologies, maintain compliance through automation and necessary manual remediation, experience with security and compliance controls (ACSC Essential-8).
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills
