  • Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District is looking for an IT Service Management (ITSM) Coordinator.

The role

This is a great opportunity for a person with IT Service Management experience and who has a focus on continuous improvement.

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated ITSM Coordinator who genuinely loves what they do and is passionate about providing high quality, best practice advice along with managing and coordinating with teams to comply with IT Change Management and other core practices.

Utilising your demonstrated experience to manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB), and train and support the teams through the change approval processes.

You will also be responsible for service level reporting and continuous improvement of other core practices such as Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Management.

ABOUT YOU

As a driven, highly experienced professional, you will bring a “customer experience” focus to delivering ICT services while providing ITIL best practices.

To be successful, ideally you will have:

  1. ITIL v4 Certified and / or relevant experience
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated experience managing conflict
  3. High level stakeholder management skills with proven ability to negotiate with and influence resistant and non-compliant stakeholders
  4. Extensive experience working with best practice change processes, maintaining change registers and schedules and chairing Change Advisory Boards
  5. Demonstrated experience with Incident Management and Problem Management processes
  6. Demonstrated experience with Dashboard and Performance Level Reporting
  7. Commitment to outstanding service delivery and continual improvement of processes and services
  8. Experience with ITSM Tool ServiceNow
