The NDIA currently have a large number of opportunities for APS 4 Planners across Australia.

APS 4 Planners are a key service delivery role for the NDIA and gather information from participants and planning partners over the phone and/or in person to identify participant goals and aspirations. You will then identify options by utilising legislation, policy and practice guidance to ensure the participants achieves their plan outcomes. Plan outcomes will be achieved by participants drawing on informal, mainstream and community supports as well as reasonable and necessary supports funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

APS 4 Planners need to be attentive towards the principles and standards of the Participant Service Charter (Service Charter) which outlines our commitment to participants in how they can expect when they deal with the NDIA.
