• Part Time, Permanent 0.5 FTE
• Classification: Health Professional Level 4 with a salary range of $128,617 - $149,207 per annum (pro rata) + Superannuation

About your new role

The Clinical Service Manager (CSM) oversees the management and operation ofthe Neami intake, assessment, triage and referral services located in the Brisbane North Region, leading, taking responsibility and providing clinical oversight of the multidisciplinary mental health team.

As the CSM you will initiate, lead, and coordinate strategic partnerships within the community, including with the Public Mental Health Triage Services, GPs, and Brisbane North PHN funded mental health services to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for consumers. In collaboration with partners, staff and consumers, the CSM will identify service gaps and contribute to the development of appropriate, broader models of service delivery to address these gaps.

What you will bring to the role

• Act at all times in accordance with the Neami National Code of Ethics
• Work in accordance with Neami National policies and procedures, including adhering to policies on Privacy and Confidentiality and Records Management
• Follow safe work practices for self and others and comply with Neami National Occupational Health and Safety management processes
• Ensure risks are identified, reported, documented and appropriately managed in accordance with Neami Group policies to ensure safe and effective services.
• Proactively work towards achieving individual and team goals, whilst demonstrating Neami National core competencies and values
• Formal tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy
• Current full registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse with current annual practicing certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) essential
• Compliant with Qld Health workplace health and safety requirements, including Requirements for Workers in Healthcare Settings.
