About the Role

  • 1 x Full Time role
  • Maximum Term contract until 31 December 2021
  • CSD Level 2 from $63,670 -$68,264 per annum (pro rata)
  • Requirement to work across multiple sites: East Vic Park, Rockingham & Mandurah

The Southern Psychosocial Support service has been funded to provide the NPSM Program across southern Perth. Community Rehabilitation and Support Workers (CRSW) provide a range of rehabilitation and support to consumers, tailored to meet their individual needs. Neami National's work with consumers occurs within their own community of friends, family and neighbourhood.

As a CRSW, you will work closely with clinical case managers and other community partner organisations in order to deliver the best possible comprehensive service to consumers. Community Rehabilitation and Support Workers at Neami National function within a collaborative team and recovery approach and are supported by regular opportunities to reflect upon their practice and access comprehensive training and development.

  • Work in a multidisciplinary team of health professionals and support workers
  • Provide a range of rehabilitation and support to consumers, tailored to meet their individual needs
  • Work closely with consumers to address housing and immediate needs

Mandatory requirements:

  • Current Working with Children Check required before commencement of work (employee responsibility)
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Drivers licence
  • Police check (refer to PD) – disclosable outcomes considered
