The Head to Health Geelong (HTHG) centre is an exciting new service which provides the Geelong community an alternative service to attend when experiencing mental health crisis. Service delivery will reflect principals of Trauma Informed Care and Recovery Oriented practice.

The Operational Support Officer will support and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to guests (consumers) by ensuring that staff operating within the Head to Health Geelong centre are provided with office administrative support that is flexible and responsive to their needs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Administrative management of the site office and assets.
  • Ordering stationery, IT equipment and office supplies
  • Credit card reconciliation, coding service provider invoices, consumer database data entry
  • Assisting staff with audit and compliance processes
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis of data as required
  • Use of data, monitoring, evaluation and research to continuously improve service provision, organisational functioning and the strategic directions.
  • Support Neami National efforts in reducing our impact on the environment and work towards a sustainable future

Mandatory requirements:

  • Neami National will require, as part of our condition of employment, that all candidates applying for any position must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (or have received one dose of an approved COVID-19 vaccine and have a scheduled appointment to receive their second dose.)
  • Candidates will be required to provide appropriate evidence of COVID-19 vaccination to Neami National.
  • Current Vic Working with Children Check

  • Willingness to undergo a Disability Worker’s Exclusion Scheme (DWES) Check
