About the role:

  • Part Time (0.8FTE)
  • Maximum Term Contact until 30 June 2023
  • CSS Level 2 from $57,960 – $63,239 (pro rata) dependent on skills and experience
  • Based at Penrith/Seven Hills

The Operational Support Officer will support the delivery of STSH program by supporting the Neami STSH Service Manager, SPL and CRSWs Coordinators with administrative tasks. You will be responsible for carrying out daily operational support including but not limited to:

  • Compiling information for data analysis and reports to funders
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Ordering stationery, IT equipment and office supplies
  • Petty cash administration and reconciliation
  • Processing invoices
  • Consumer database data entry
  • Coordinating site maintenance
  • Maintaining filing and archiving systems/records management obligations are met, including proper retention of hardcopy and/or electronic records
  • Coordination of vehicle maintenance and repairs

What will you bring to the role?

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or demonstrated in experience in a similar position
  • Experience working in a mental health or social services setting is desirable
  • Advanced abilities with Microsoft Excel
  • Data Entry and data analysis skills
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (including email and internet) and proven experience working in a computerised environment
  • Excellent administration skills with high attention to detail
  • Great customer service skills
  • The ability to plan, organise and analyse tasks
  • Sound written and verbal communications skills
  • The necessary skills to build relationships with team members
  • Proven experience in being able to cope with change and adapt to ambiguous situations
