About the Role:

  • Full Time, Permanent Position
  • CSS Level 5 From $92,786 - $94,843 per annum + Super + Salary packaging
  • Flexible location, Head Office located in Preston, can work remotely

Neami, in line with the rest of the community mental health services sector, is experiencing a period of unprecedented change with regards to funding and models of service provision. The Engagement & Advocacy Network leads Neami’s strategic business development and oversees the organisation’s approach to research and evaluation, synthesising insights across data in the consumer and business systems to inform the organisation’s communications, engagement and profiling strategies across communities, consumers, carers, funders and partners.

Working collaboratively within the Engagement & Advocacy Network, as well as with wider Head Office functions and service delivery leadership across states and territories, the Opportunities and Development Team is tasked with leading the development of new services, coordination of strategic assessment, and development of new business opportunities from opportunity identification to service implementation.

Essential:

  • Formal tertiary qualification in a relevant field is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Stakeholder engagement skills, including working with stakeholders who have a range of different priorities

Other Requirements:

  • AU Police Clearance
  • Australian working rights
