Wellbeing Coaches will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering a range of integrated stepped care mental health services from Neami’s new Living and Learning Centre at Strathpine. The Living and Learning Centre will operate within the Prince Charles Hospital catchment and will be open Monday to Friday 8am-8pm with some weekend programming capacity in response to identified need. The Centre has been funded by the Metro North PHN as part of their Stepped Care suite of strategies.

If Wellbeing Coaches are bringing a lived experience of mental illness and recovery to the position, they will purposefully utilise their lived experience to promote a sense of hope and optimism in the service user. Wellbeing Coaches will work closely with the Living and Learning Centre clinicians and other community partner organisations to deliver the best possible comprehensive service to consumers.

  • Queensland working with Children Clearance (Blue card)
  • Australian Police clearance
  • A valid Queensland Driver’s licence
