Are you an experienced case manager with a growth mindset who understands NDIS systems? Do you have lived experience with negotiating disability supports? Do you have trauma informed approach, inquisitive nature, and a 'can do' spirit?

We require:

• Experience as a Support Coordinator
• Current WWC check
• National Police Check
• Australian Drivers Licence
• Experience in Word, Excel, Office Platform, however not essential
