An inspiring Leader is sought to be the General Manager for Community Northern Beaches, a Manly based Community Support organisation excelling in achieving great outcomes.

The role of General Manager is the Senior Leadership role in the organisation and you will be leading a high performance team of 15 people undertaking a wide range of services including:

• Homeless Outreach
• Domestic Violence and Welfare
• Family, Child and Youth Services including Early Childhood Intervention
• Volunteer Engagement and Support
• Migrants Services
• Community Engagement
• Support for Vulnerable People

We are looking for someone with proven leadership ability to work with the Management Committee to develop organisational goals and unify and inspire the team to continue to excel and reach new levels of effectiveness.

Proven leadership in a small to medium sized Community organisation would be highly regarded as would a track record of success in working with a not for profit sector Board or Committee.

INFORMATION

The role could be undertaken on a full time five day per week basis on a full salary or on a part time four day a week basis on an 80% of full salary. On both options salary packaging and tax benefits apply which will increase the net value of your income.
