• Brisbane based
• Five days / 38 hours full-time role (although a 30.4 hours part time role may be considered)

About the Role of Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is an exciting new role that will partner with and advise directors and managers across all departments. The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to fill the senior and stand-alone HR role within our organisation.

Ideally, you will have:

• experience in the not-for-profit sector and with the SCHADS Award
• success in building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation
• ability to act as a strategic HR business partner to management and staff
• expertise in overseeing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
• proficiency in managing employment contracts, position descriptions, and the development of HR policies and procedures
• ensuring compliance with relevant HR legislation and best practices
• success in fostering workplace engagement and building a positive, healthy, and engaged workforce
• experience in the development and delivery of remuneration policies
• strong skills in conflict resolution and employee relations
• capability and interest in managing the organisation WHS and well-being initiatives
• relevant tertiary qualifications.
