IT Manager - Alice Springs / Remote

We are seeking an individual to lead Nganampa’s IT function in the delivery and support of solutions that span: servers; operating systems; security; clinic services and mobile platforms across six remote clinics; Alice Springs and Umuwa Offices; and staff offsite in locations across Australia. You will be responsible for preparation, installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of site IT hardware, software and related infrastructure.

It is hybrid role where the successful candidate will be able to work from home, with regular visits to Alice Springs and the APY Lands.

Nganampa Health Council (NHC) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation operating on the APY Lands in the far North-West of South Australia. The APY Lands are home to nearly 3,000 residents and the Anangu culture is strong with Pitjantjatjara/Yankunytjatjara being the first language.

NHC operates clinics 24/7 in the six main communities on the APY Lands, one outreach clinic and health programs including environmental, dental, sexual, female, male, children's, eye and mental health; as well as immunisation and health worker training.

The position may be based in Alice Springs or remote. The successful candidate will be required to visit our site in Alice Springs and across the APY Lands as an integral part of the role. Appropriate allowances and fares are paid for required travel.
