As Plan International Australia embarks on a significant transformational program, you will be a key player in this newly created structure, enabling change to deliver a next generation social impact organisation.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role has responsibility for supporting the executive team in the development of financial strategy, enterprise risk, planning, stewardship and integrity of financial processes to enable PIA to achieve its objectives.
Specifically you will:
Together with your colleagues across the organisation, you will ensure the adoption of safeguarding policies and feminist leadership principles, ensuring whole of organisational alignment with the mission and values of the organisation. Crucially you will lead by example through the development of networked, collaborative, organisational approaches to work.
You are a senior finance specialist with management experience who has operated as a change agent. Specifically you will be able to demonstrate:
Importantly you must be able to lead through coaching and understand the importance of cultivating a positive culture whilst navigating change.
