The Front Project (TFP) works collaboratively to improve early education access, experiences and outcomes for children across Australia. They believe improving the quality of our early childhood education system will give all children the opportunity to thrive, regardless of the challenges they face. Beyond this, it will help build a smarter and more successful Australia.
Reporting to the CEO you will play a pivotal role in commissioning and managing evidence generation. You will lead synthesis and evaluation activities that will translate into policy and action, whilst ensuring the research commissioned is independent, grounded by evidence, is of high-quality and contributes to the systemic change framework. You will lead an innovative policy evaluation project as part of a multi-disciplinary team that will help build the Australian evidence base.
Specifically you will:
You have a proven record of accomplishment in research in similarly complex environments and are a relationship driven operator with an analytical systems change mindset.
