For 30 years Canteen has been supporting young cancer patients, young people dealing with the grief of losing a loved one, and young people who have a sibling or parent with cancer. In addition to a range of support programs, Canteen provides specialist, youth-specific treatment and clinical trials programs.
Canteen works by having young people at the centre of everything they do. Initially established by a group of young cancer patients in 1985, the organisation continues in the mission to truly understand how cancer is different in a young person’s world through their leading edge research into the emotional and social impacts of cancer.
You will oversee and support a national team of State and Online Managers in their delivery of high quality client services. You will engage, mentor and motivate these managers in their development and increase their skill set and confidence to build influential relationships across public and primary health, community and corporate sector stakeholders.
