The Role

You will be one of three full-time recruitment resourcers, offering end-to-end recruitment support to a team of highly experienced consultants working across a variety of clients and positions, from CEOs to temporary office staff.

In this role you will work alongside the consultants to gain insight into the roles you will be supporting. You will:

  • Attend briefings, recording assignment details
  • Write and post advertisements
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Develop candidate pools via LinkedIn and the CRM
  • Answer candidate enquiries and screen calls
  • Conduct and coordinate internal and external candidate interviews
  • Support to the administration team as required

Skills Required

You are a highly organised, detail orientated administrator who shows initiative and commitment to quality. You have experience offering varied and collaborative support to a team in a recruitment, internal HR, sales or marketing environment. Additionally you have:

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office and other technologies
  • Confident and articulate communication skills, verbal & written
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to working collaboratively
  • Able to work to deadlines, prioritise work volumes and show initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills at all levels both internally and externally
