No to Violence is Australia’s largest peak body for services and individuals that work with men who use family violence. No to Violence operates the national Men’s Referral Service, the national Brief Intervention Services and the Victorian based Perpetrator Accommodation Support Service free, confidential counselling, referral and support services. Key role responsibilities

We are looking for a Workforce Planner (WFP) to support the streamlining of our existing work processes to ensure that we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right place, at the right time, to maintain Service levels. This will involve elements of workforce planning data analysis, and forecasting supply and demand.

The role will work directly with the NTV appointed Data Analyst. The WFP will contribute to workforce optimisation data and reporting systems, and where required provide training and support to in direct service workers on how to use these tools.

The role will work to support organisation performance and compliance, contract management and contribute to reporting activities with local, state and federal governments.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Appropriate tertiary knowledge or demonstrated experience in Workforce Planning / IT systems or similar
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Demonstrated capacity to work with Microsoft Office suite and with customised databases.
  • Proven knowledge of analytical and forecasting methodologies and processes
  • Strong report writing capabilities
  • Proven, sound knowledge of working with client case management databases
