This dynamic role will act as the innovator and enabler as well as the creative spirit that develops and curates various ideas, handles innovation projects and strategic orientation of preferred interventions. Furthermore, it will lead the design of programs and services in accord with relevant evidence, under appropriate clinical governance, and meeting the requirements of customers and NPS MedicineWise. The successful candidate will provide leadership in intervention science and behavior change design principles, as well as work collaboratively and effectively with managers and across the organisation in developing the organisation’s intervention suits to meet evolving customer and end user needs.
