Anyinginyi Health Aboriginal Corporation employs over 110 employees across a diverse range of primary health care services including clinical, dental, allied health, alcohol and other drug support, social and emotional well-being, public health programs and administration.
In this key role you will lead, inspire and empower a small team and influence and build capacity across the organisation to deliver on strategic priority six ‘Safe and supported environments for all our staff’, while continuing to value and support our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander team attraction and development. This role will provide you with a lot to learn and you will be rewarded by seeing significant growth, sometimes with the smallest of change.
With a breadth of accountability for the employment lifecycle implementation, your Human Resources knowledge will need to be current, and you will be successfully operating at a strategic level of influence.
