We’re looking for a senior search specialist (SEM & SEO) to join our team!

In the increasingly cluttered digital world, paid and organic search continue to be the biggest drivers of high-value traffic for charities and commercial organisations alike, and will continue to be a key platform when it comes to brand discovery and conversion in the future. That’s why ntegrity is looking for a strategic-minded SEO and SEM expert for this newly created role, who has the skills and the drive to help the agency continue to grow our clients.

You will join our team of over 25 digital specialists in this influential role reporting to our Performance Lead. You will lead our paid and organic search strategy and performance across some of the largest and most innovative not-for-profit and purpose driven organisations in Australia.

Paid search

You will take ownership of our paid search acquisition strategy, identifying macro and micro search trends for our NFP and purpose driven client-base to leverage new and exciting opportunities. You will review, create and optimise search campaigns that supplement and enhance our clients’ acquisition journey and deliver value to their organisations. You will be expected to understand Google best practice, when it comes to strategic recommendations, campaign setup and optimisation, and be comfortable talking to search campaigns with our clients.

Google Ads qualifications are mandatory and you can also expect to use Microsoft Ads where strategically appropriate.

Organic search

On the organic side, you’ll champion SEO best practices for our clients and provide recommendations on how to best implement a high-performing SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and engagement and of course, achieving the best positions in the search engine result pages as possible.

You’ll apply your knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO and technical SEO to equip our clients with everything they need to succeed in organic search. Keeping up-to-date with the evolution of search engine ranking factors.

Your goal will be to increase volume and reduce cost per transaction across both paid and organic search via holistic search strategies that span organic search, paid search, and Google Grants (where applicable). In addition you will be managing performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring benchmarks are established, lessons are learned and growth opportunities capitalised.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of relevant online marketing experience with a strong focus on search
  • You hold advanced Google search qualifications
  • You are an expert in paid and organic search, and are comfortable driving optimisations for short-term campaigns and always-on digital activity
  • You have experience with Google Grants (preferred)
  • You’ve worked in a fast-paced search role before, such as in media, e-commerce or publishing.
  • You’re comfortable around paid media planning & buying
  • You’re confident using SEO and SEM planning and optimisation tools
  • You’re comfortable with data and being able to leverage data to find search opportunities
  • Not-for-profit experience is desirable, but not a requirement
  • You are eligible to work in Australia (citizen/ PR) and in the Melbourne timezone

On a day-to-day basis, you will be:

  • Implementing and managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing
  • Reporting on key performance metrics
  • Advising our clients on search best practices
  • Developing search strategies for our NFP client-base
  • Coordinating with content teams to execute on SEO strategies
  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of the digital landscape and share knowledge with internal teams
  • Collaborate with client’s Development teams to ensure new releases adhere to due-diligence processes and SEO best practice
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on ad hoc requests
