An exciting opportunity exists in our Darwin Office for a Civil Solicitor. The position is within the Civil Law Practice and aims to provide enhanced access to legal assistance in a range of civil law matters, including employment law, consumer, credit and debt matters, health (including mental health) matters, administrative law and human rights.

The position will involve some travel to remote communities including overnight stays.

Employees of the Commission have similar working conditions to that of the Northern Territory Public Service. The Commission also offers generous salary packaging arrangements.
