Rural Workforce Agency NT (RWA NT) is a branch within NT PHN, responsible for ensuring that all communities in the Northern Territory have access to a quality and sustainable health workforce.
Reporting to the Team Lead, the Workforce Support Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the workforce team and associated workforce programs. The mix of activities in the role may change from time to time in response to workforce program needs and branch support requirements. This role sits within our engagement team, supporting the recruitment and retention of health professionals
This Darwin based role will suit a candidate that is highly organised, with high level administrative skills, experience in recruitment and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a high preforming team in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who pays attention to detail, has great interpersonal skills, and can manage multiple tasks If you have the following skills and experience, we'd love to chat:
