The Therapeutic Community (TC) is a short-term residential program. The TC is a 15-bed soon to be expanded treatment facility that works with clients to establish healthier relationships, promote personal change, and support them in their recovery journey.

The positions

The positions are offered as casual positions with the possibility of moving to permanent part time after program redevelopment takes place in 2022. The roles are based at the Therapeutic Community in Molyullah.

The Case Worker contributes to the life of the CB Program by assisting in the admissions process and providing case management and individual and group therapy to clients. The key purpose of the position is to support clients in short-term residential treatment to establish healthier lifestyles free of problematic alcohol and drug use.

A day in the life of this position includes: contributing to the life of the therapeutic community (TC) by liaising closely with residents, supporting staff in their client understanding and decision-making working with individuals in the context of the group this will include case management oriented towards individual resident recovery goals.
