Odyssey House Victoria is a Drug and Alcohol Service. Our Lower Plenty-based residential rehabilitation program operates in the form of a Therapeutic Community where residents participate in a range of therapeutic activities aiming to increase emotional regulation, promote supportive connections, and learn and practice positive life skills.

We are seeking an empathetic and knowledgeable IT Mentor, 25 – 65 years of age, who has skills, knowledge, and a positive attitude towards supporting residents with IT support.

Requirements of the role

  • Digital footprint support and guidance to resident
  • Assisting resident to delete existing accounts / content from Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat etc
  • Assisting resident to call E Safety Commissioner and enact advised steps where details of current social accounts are unclear

Time Commitment

  • Initial interview (30 minutes)
  • Paperwork (1 hour)
  • Monthly IT mentoring session at Odyssey (2-4 hours)
