We are seeking a Grants Support Officer to join our team on a full-time ongoing basis. The role will be based in our head office at Sydney Olympic Park.

We offer a competitive salary to the right candidate with salary range starting from $74,117 up to $81,158 per annum plus 10% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.

About the role

As Grants Support Officer, you will provide a range administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, to support the effective operation of the team/unit. As part of this diverse role, you will also be responsible for providing information and guidance to grants applicants, contributing to the efficient and compliant management of Office of Sport for grants administered.

About you

You will have the ability to support the administration of effective grants funding in an environment with a high volume and variety of tasks, competing priorities and tight deadlines. You can deal effectively and professionally with business clients and industry stakeholders whilst managing their expectations and balancing competing priorities. You foster a positive customer experience, and you are technology savvy.
