To Role

We are currently seeking to appoint a dynamic, committed Allocations Consultant to join our team. Working within our causal staff services Department, you will be offered a great mix of morning, afternoon, after hours and weekend shifts which will see you earning penalty rates!

The role itself will be responsible for filling shift requests from our customers and organisations, liaising directly with the right ONCALL field worker and providing clear directions on duties and responsibilities to ensure needs are met.

To be considered, you will possess:

• Previous rostering/allocation experience highly regarded;
• Relevant qualifications in disability and/or community services related studies;
• Excellent communication and telephone skills;
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Database experience;
• Current Police Check (or willing to obtain);
• Current WWCC (or willing to obtain);
• DWES clearance (or willing to obtain).
• NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
• Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate or Immunisation evidence

Crucial to this role will be your superior attention to detail and ability to work in our fast-paced environment. You will be friendly, professional, approachable and focussed on providing the highest level of customer service at all times.
